Offer for community cinemas in Scotland

Thanks to the support of Screen Scotland’s distribution fund, Conic are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to screen new award-winning Scottish documentary Everybody to Kenmure Street (2026) in your community cinema.

Note: this special offer is for community cinemas based in Scotland only. If you are outside Scotland, please contact graham@conic.film to screen the film.

In May 2021, a UK Home Office dawn raid triggers one of the most spontaneous and successful acts of civil resistance in recent memory. In Glasgow’s Pollokshields, Scotland’s most diverse neighbourhood, hundreds of residents rush to the streets to stop the deportation of their neighbours. Director Filipe Bustos Seirra has pieced together video footage and eye witness statements from the day to present a powerful portrait of peaceful community protest in action.

Winner: Sundance World Cinema, Documentary Special Jury Award for Civil Resistance

Everybody to Kenmure Street opened the 2026 edition of the Glasgow Film Festival on 25th February.
